Lodge Reservation Procedures

Reservations

  • Reservations can be only made by active Gold members who paid their dues. 
  • It is suggested to submit weekend reservations by Thursday of the upcoming weekend.
  • Normal reservations.
    • Reservations are to be made up to 14 calendar days in advance. 
    • Members may have up to two pending reservations. 
  • Long Range Reservations. Members may submit a total of 2  “Long Range” reservations per season for any date throughout the season which are exempt from the rules above are intended to enable holiday/vacation planning.
  • Guest reservations must be included in the member reservation request.  No special room assignments/accommodations will be made for last-minute guests.
  • Please consult the reservation calendar before making a reservation. 
  • When a member makes a reservation, they can expect a confirmation email and can view their stay on the club reservation calendar. The email will also  include the current door combination.  

 Room Assignments

  • A Weekend Lodge Coordinator (WLC) will be assigned each weekend. Guests can work with the WLC once onsite. 
  • Wknd/Holiday room assignments will be posted on the MSC website by 5pm Thursday with the listed WLC for that wknd. This info is located on the “Room Assignment” tab. 
  • Wknd/holiday reservations made by 9pm Wednesday will receive a room assignment. Reservations submitted after this time will default to a Barn room assignment. Members should review w/the WLC what room space is available after arrival in this circumstance.  
  • Effort will be made to keep families and guests together in rooms however, it may be necessary at times to utilize males/female rooms as well as the Barn to manage high volumes and last-minute reservations.  
  • Weekday rooms may be selected by members and identified on the sign-in sheet and whiteboard.  Members are expected to be flexible and to utilize rooms fairly and efficiently.  
  • Guest reservations must be included in the member reservation request. No special room assignments/accommodations will be made for last-minute guests.   
    • On a weekend members may reserve bunks for 2 guests per visit. Requests for more than 2 guests must be approved by the Board.  Weekday reservations may include up to 4 guests. 
  • There are no rooms assigned on weekday/non-holiday nights. Rooms and bunks are available to members on a first-come-first serve basis. Members should identify their room on the sign-in sheet.  Members are expected to be flexible, fair and efficient in how rooms are divided

Cancellations

  • In the event of a full Lodge, cancellations will be accepted up to 8:00 p.m. of the Thursday preceding the desired weekend or vacation. Cancellations made later will be billed.

Rates

Members
  • Adult $25/night ($20 offseason)
  • Child  $20/night  ($10 offseason)
Guests 

Guests must be accompanied by a member. Guest reservations are limited to one reservation per month and are subject to availability. 

  • Adult $35/night ($25 offseason)
  • Child $30/night ($25 offseason)
