Lodge Reservation Procedures


  • No reservation will be accepted unless made by a Gold member who paid their dues. 
  • Normally no more than two reservation bookings are held by any party at any one time.
    • For weekends, please submit your reservation by Thursday of the upcoming weekend. 
    • It is suggested that you book one ahead for busy times/weekends, no later than Tuesday 8:00p.m. of the upcoming weekend (or at least three days ahead of the arrival day).
  • Reservations for guests are limited to once per month and are subject to availability. 
  • Members submitting reservations later than Thursday 8:00 p.m. of the upcoming weekend, will not be able to bump confirmed guests for that weekend. All reservations made after that time are on a first come first served. 
  • Reservations can be made no more than 14 calendar days in advance. 
  • Please consult the reservation calendar before making a reservation. 


  • In the event of a full Lodge, cancellations will be accepted up to
    8:00 p.m. of the Thursday preceding the desired weekend or vacation. Cancellations made later will be billed.

  • Adult $25/night ($20 offseason)
  • Child  $20/night  ($10 offseason)

Guests must be accompanied by a member. Guest reservations are limited to one reservation per month and are subject to availability. 

  • Adult $35/night ($25 offseason)
  • Child $30/night ($25 offseason)
